2. Eligibility to Use
Users must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate information, own or have permission to fuel registered vehicles/equipment, and use services only in permitted areas.
3. How the Service Works
The process involves: creating/logging into an account, adding vehicles or equipment, selecting delivery timing, choosing a delivery address, confirming the request, receiving fuel delivery, and being billed afterward.
4. Pricing & Billing
- Pay-As-You-Go: Flat delivery fee plus market pump price per gallon
- Plus Plan: $29.99/month with no delivery fees and per-gallon discount
- Fleet/Custom Plans: Volume and frequency-based pricing
- Prices reflect fuel market conditions with transparency at checkout
- Authorization given to charge payment method upon delivery completion
5. Cancellations & Missed Deliveries
Cancellations before fueling incur no charge. Service fees may apply if drivers cannot access vehicles. Scheduled deliveries can be rescheduled or canceled through the app.
6. User Responsibilities
Users must park safely and accessibly, leave fuel doors unlocked or provide access instructions, ensure delivery permission at locations, and not misuse systems or interfere with drivers.
7. Safety
Drivers follow safe procedures. Tanked Up may refuse service for unsafe conditions like leaks, fire hazards, or blocked access.
8. Prohibited Uses
Users cannot engage in illegal fuel acquisition or resale, fuel unauthorized vehicles, tamper with equipment or systems, or submit fraudulent orders or chargebacks.
9. Subscriptions & Auto-Renewals
Monthly subscriptions automatically renew with in-app cancellation available. Benefits continue through the current billing period. No partial-month refunds apply.
10. Liability & Disclaimers
Tanked Up disclaims responsibility for damages from incorrect vehicle information, unsafe locations, or customer negligence. Service availability is not guaranteed. The company limits liability to indirect or consequential damages per applicable law.
11. Privacy
User information is handled per the Privacy Policy available at /privacy-policy.
12. Changes to These Terms
Updates may occur with date changes and potential email or in-app notification. Continued use indicates acceptance of revisions.
