Welcome to Tanked Up! By accessing or using our website, mobile app, or fuel delivery services (“Services”), you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

If you do not agree with these terms, do not use our Services.

1. Who We Are

Tanked Up provides on-demand and scheduled fuel delivery services to individuals, fleets, construction equipment, and businesses. We operate in select locations and are continually expanding.

2. Eligibility to Use

To use Tanked Up, you must:

Be at least 18 years old
Provide accurate account and payment information
Own or have permission to fuel the vehicle/equipment you register
Use the service only in permitted service areas

3. How the Service Works

You create an account or log in
Add one or more vehicles or equipment
Select delivery now or schedule for later
Choose a delivery address and confirm your request
A driver arrives and fuels your vehicle/equipment
You’re billed after delivery based on fuel price + any applicable fees/plan details

4. Pricing & Billing

Pay-As-You-Go: You pay a flat delivery fee + market pump price per gallon
Plus Plan: $29.99/month, includes no delivery fees and per-gallon discount
Fleet or Custom Plans: Pricing is based on volume, frequency, and business needs
Prices may change based on fuel market conditions and will always be transparent at checkout
You authorize us to charge your card or payment method on file when a delivery is completed

5. Cancellations & Missed Deliveries

You may cancel before a driver begins fueling at no charge
If we arrive and cannot access your vehicle or deliver fuel, a service fee may apply
Scheduled deliveries can be rescheduled or canceled through the app or website

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:
✔ Park your vehicle/equipment in a safe and accessible location
✔ Leave your fuel door unlocked or provide access instructions
✔ Ensure delivery is permitted at your location (e.g., homeowner rules, job sites, etc.)
✔ Not misuse, modify, or interfere with Tanked Up drivers or systems

7. Safety

We take fuel handling seriously. All drivers follow safe delivery procedures, but Tanked Up may refuse service if a location or vehicle is unsafe (leaks, fire hazards, blocked access, etc.).

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Tanked Up for:

Illegal or unauthorized fuel acquisition or resale
Fueling vehicles you do not own or have rights to
Tampering with our equipment, drivers, or systems
Submitting false orders, chargebacks, or fraudulent payment info

9. Subscriptions & Auto-Renewals (Plus Plan)

Subscriptions are billed monthly and automatically renew
You may cancel anytime in-app — no penalties
You will continue to receive plan benefits until the end of the current billing period
No partial-month refunds

10. Liability & Disclaimers

Tanked Up is not responsible for damages caused by incorrect vehicle info, unsafe fueling locations, or customer negligence
Service availability is not guaranteed — weather, regulations, or safety issues may delay delivery
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Tanked Up is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

11. Privacy

Your information is protected and handled according to our Privacy Policy, available here:

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If significant changes are made, we will update the “Last Updated” date and may notify users by email or in-app.

Your continued use of Tanked Up after updates means you agree to the revised Terms.
